During the 1970s and 80s, long before the internet had reached our homes, there was a flourishing of British spanking magazines. For many these magazines were not only a precious source of new fantasies, but a reassurance that their precious-but-awkward kink was something also shared and celebrated by others. If you’re curious about what was published in these magazines, Twitter user @whiteanklesock1 has recently been scanning and posting old issues, including the intriguing Readers’ Letters section, a fascinating combination of readers’ own memories, opinions, and fantasies.

So in homage to those readers’ letters pages of long ago, this month’s missive is going to be a compendium of all the messages my blog received last month, and the replies I posted to each.

#1 Permission to be outrageous
